[SPayLater] What should I do if I face issues on the SPayLater page?

SPayLater users have experienced the following problems while using the SPayLater service Shopee app:
- Unable to enter the SPayLater page
- Unable to click Pay Now on the SPayLater page
- Unable to select Payment Method to pay SPayLater bills
- Unable to use SPayLater as a payment option when making purchases or shows as Activate Now even after you have completed the SPayLater activation process
To resolve these issues, please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and perform the following steps to clear your Shopee application cache. It sometimes causes the app to crash or prevents it from downloading the latest version.
Clearing the cache helps to eliminate any cached files that might be causing the app to crash:
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on the Settings icon
Step 3: Click on About
Step 4: Click on Clear Cache
Step 5: Click on Yes
